Steven Wood, CDP

Steven Wood, CDP is Director of Business Development at RMC Constructors.  He is responsible for directing and controlling the marketing efforts, new client development, and client retention of RMC Constructors. His responsibilities include:  utilizing media presentations, campaign strategies, market analysis and search engines to acquire potential clients and promote the expertise of RMC Constructors. Also Mr. Wood directs and performs preliminary cost budgets and presentations for Clients in the early stages of project development and negotiated or design/build projects. He also attends and serves various industry related organization conferences and meetings to give back to the industry and promote relationships within the Retail/Commercial community.

Prior to joining RMC Constructors in 2010 Mr. Wood served as President and CEO of SWC Construction Inc. for 17 years. In that role Mr. Wood directed the company in a very successful plan of growth. The success was based on SWC’s commitment to identifying clientele’s specific project needs and performing for the client.

Mr. Wood is a certified ICSC Development, Design and Construction Professional and has held Commercial building Contractor’s license in 10 western States including Hawaii.
