Dave Wing, CDP

Dave Wing CDP is currently Graycor Construction Company (GCC) Senior Vice President and General Manager, David has been chosen to be the new President of GCC effective January 1, 2014. In his current role since 2009, David has been responsible for expanding and overseeing the GCC Commercial Group, which covers the retail, cultural/educational, healthcare, living/lodging, entertainment, federal and corporate market segments across the United States and Canada. He has overseen assignments for owners such as General Growth Properties, Simon Property Group, Westfield, DDR, Forest City, Taubman, AMC, Kerasotes and Cobb Theatres, Bass Pro Shops, Crate & Barrel, BP, Marriott and Hilton. With more than 23 years of industry experience, David is specifically skilled at leading GCC’s strategic planning efforts and operations, and is a member of Graycor’s executive committee. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and has earned the distinction of SCDP from (Senior Certified Design, Development and Construction Professional) ICSC. Dave holds a BS in construction management/engineering from Bradley University. In his new role as President, David will continue to build upon and expand the Company’s position as a leading commercial builder throughout North America.
